How it works

Lotto28 operates a series of inter-linked lottery syndicates, each with 28 members. Any winning ticket holder keeps 50% of the winnings on their ticket. The other 27 people in that syndicate will share 45% of the winnings whilst the remaining 5% is divided equally between all members of all syndicates.
