THE LOTTO28 QUESTIONS & ANSWERS PAGE

MORE THAN JUST ANOTHER LOTTERY SYNDICATE

Q. How do I join Lotto28?
A. To join Lotto28 is very simple. Complete two very basic forms and pop them in the post. (The Confidentiality Agreement and Standing Order Mandate). Just click here and follow the instructions.

Q. When do I start playing?
A. Lotto28 new members currently start to play at the beginning of each month. Once your application form has been received and processed you will be advised of your start date via our monthly newsletter, a copy of which will be sent to you.

Q. How will I be notified of my winnings?
A. The monthly newsletter always lists those members who will be receiving winnings that month..

Q. Who checks the numbers?
A. The manager of Lotto28 checks all the numbers manually each week. They are then cross checked against the numbers which we have inputted on the ‘Just Maybe’ website by the manager and another member of our team to ensure that we have got it right.

Q. Can I recruit anyone from out of the UK?
A. Yes, as long as they are over 16 (or older, depending on the law on lottery participation that operates within their own country).

Q. Can I change my numbers?
A. Anyone wishing to change his or her numbers at any point must inform the Lotto28 manager in writing. Your numbers will then be changed for the draw taking place on the first Saturday of the following month.

Q. When someone has a winning ten pound line, how does that work, does the £10 go back into the syndicate or is some paid out?
A. When there is a winning ten pound line, the person whose numbers they are wins £5, the other 27 people in that person’s syndicate share £4.50 and all the people in all the syndicates (including the ‘winning’ syndicate) share the remaining 50p. (By the same token, if there was a £5.6 million pound jackpot win, the ticket holder would get £2.8 million pounds, the other 27 people in their syndicate would share £2,520,000 pounds (c£93,000 pounds each) and the remaining £280,000 would be divided equally amongst all people in all syndicates)

Winnings are worked out at the end of each month and paid in to each individuals account. Once a person’s account reaches £10 or more at the end of any particular month, we make a payment to that person.
