This agreement confirms that upon winning any amount in the National Lottery main Saturday draw, i.e., holding a ticket which contains between three and six of the numbers drawn, 50% of the winnings will be given to the winning ticket holder, 45% will be divided equally between the other 27 ticket holders in their 28-member syndicate, whilst the remaining 5% will be divided equally between all members of all Lotto28 syndicates.

All subscriptions are to be paid in advance. If a ticket holder fails to pay their contribution on time, Lotto28 reserves the right to expel them from the syndicate with immediate effect.

Each ticket holder chooses his or her own numbers. Anyone wishing to change his or her numbers at any point must inform the Lotto28 manager in writing. Numbers will then be changed for the draw taking place on the first Saturday in the following month. There is no restriction on the number of lines that a person can have within the syndicate. Each Lotto28 member must be 16 years or over to play the UK National Lottery.

The current Lotto28 manager, David Seagrave, Tel: 01403 250243 is responsible for purchasing the lottery tickets and for sharing out the winnings of the syndicate in the ratio described above. Winnings will be paid out to any individual who has won £10 or more at the end of the month in which their accrued winnings reach this figure.

The names and addresses of the ticket holders, date of payments and the date of signing this agreement will always be documented by the Lotto28 manager.
